We were commissioned by Swanage Town Council to assist in land stabilisation works under the war memorial and solve their ongoing maintenance issues with their lettable beach huts.
The project evolved into a masterplan for the seafront to include new toilets, beach huts, landscaping and a kiosk. The creation of easily maintainable and fun huts assists in funding the stabilisation works by increased revenue and will reduce their maintenance bill. This was a ‘full service’ project from inception to handing over the keys.
